Items in original condition can be returned within 14 natural days from the day of delivery.

Accessories must be included and in-ear headphones or clothing may only be returned if unused for hygienic reasons.

How long will it take to process my return?

Returns are usually processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the item, although it may take longer during busy periods.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be credited back to your original method of purchase.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

If your item is being returned due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for shipping costs.
