The Vip Pro Jack collar works with all the Vip Pro headsets.
In addition, the wired microphone version incorporates an adapter to connect both the induction collar and the high sensitivity wired microphone to the same port. This microphone is highly recommended for whispering as it can be placed on the sleeve or hidden under clothing.

Verify that it is an original CooMax product by checking that the brand name on the cards included with the product is the same as the one in the image.
Unscrew the black cover of the spy earpiece and insert the battery with the positive side facing up (where the letters of brand and model of battery are is the positive side).
Then screw the cap back on, making sure that it is screwed on correctly.
The battery begins to drain as soon as it is inserted into the spy earpiece and should be removed if not in use to avoid discharging the battery.
The battery model required for the vip pro spy earpieces is 337-SR416SW.
First clean the ear thoroughly with a cotton swab, ear cleaning spray or water and dry it well. Next, clean the holes in the earpiece with a fine needle and be very careful to remove the wax that clogs the earpiece and can cause you to not hear anything.
Hold the spy earpiece to your ear and check that you can hear a sound similar to a tuneless radio. This sound indicates that it is switched on and working properly.

Insert the spy earpiece in the left ear. You can also insert it in the right ear, but we usually hear more in the left ear than in the right ear. You can push the spy earpiece with your finger. It is not recommended to push it in too far, as it is not necessary to hide it.
Connect the mobile phone to the induction neckloop and place the kit on your body as shown in the picture. Electromagnetic induction is short-range so it must be on the neck.
If you have purchased the kit with the wired microphone, plug the neckloop into the green connector and the microphone into the red connector. Follow the following checks:
Remember that it is essential that the induction collar is on your neck under your clothes so that the spy earpiece receives the sound by induction.
⚠ Some iPhone models have been found to have a compatibility issue when using the device with non-genuine adapters when making a phone call. You need to use an original adapter or use another mobile phone.
Play a song on your mobile/MP3 and, while it is playing, turn the volume up to maximum on your mobile. Check if you can hear it in the spy earpiece. Remember, the induction collar must be on the neck.

You can use this kit for telephone calls or recordings. The integrated microphone is located behind the push button. These buttons and microphone will only work if the red/green adapter and wired microphone are NOT used.

⚠ Some features may not be available on some phones, especially iPhones and mobile phone models that require an adapter to connect to the neckloop. Try another mobile phone, app or control the call/recording directly from the mobile phone.
Remove the spy earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers. If you are unsuccessful, you can try pulling the transparent thread with a pair of tweezers.
Finally, remember to disconnect the battery when you finish using the spy earpiece to prevent it from discharging. As long as the battery is inside, it continues to be consumed.
Spy earpieces can be complex products to set up and operate. Check below for common problems and how to solve them.
If you can hear recordings or songs through the spy earpiece, but not phone calls, check:
⚠ If it doesn’t work, try another mobile phone.
If you hear a sound similar to a tuned radio when you put the spy earpiece in your ear with the battery inserted, the spy earpiece is working and the problem is different.
Place the neckloop around your neck and the spy earpiece in your ear and make sure it is properly connected to your mobile phone (check first problem on frequent problems), then play a song at maximum volume and remove the mute mode on your mobile phone. If is not working, try restarting the phone and cleaning the connection port.
If you still can’t hear the song, check again by putting the earpiece against the neckloop and try another mobile phone, computer or tablet. Also, try with a different battery.

If you hear a sound similar to a tuned radio when you put the spy earpiece in your ear with the battery inserted, the spy earpiece is working and the problem is different.

If the sound is very loud and can be heard even with the earpiece out of the ear, unscrew the cap and check that the battery is oriented with the positive + pole upwards and that the cap is screwed on correctly and aligned. If the problem persists, open the spy earpiece and gently spread the spring inside the earpiece with your fingernail. In this way, it will be deformed, and the contact will be made correctly. It may be necessary to make this adjustment occasionally or on the first use.
Some features may not be available on some phones, especially iPhones and mobile phone models that require an adapter to connect to the neckloop.
Try another mobile phone ,another app for playing the songs/recordings or control the call/recording directly from the mobile phone.
Remember, these buttons and microphone will only work if the red/green adapter and wired microphone are NOT used.

The built-in microphone of the neckloop or wired microphone may not work on mobile phones with a non-original adapter, as is often the case with iPhones, for example. It is recommended to purchase an original adapter or use another mobile phone.
If the problem occurs with the wired microphone, check:
Remove the spy earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers. If unsuccessful, you can try pulling the transparent thread with tweezers. It is advisable to have someone else remove it for us as they will be able to see the thread better to pull it out with the tweezers.
Finally, remember to disconnect the battery when you have finished using the device to prevent it from discharging.
