Bluetooth: microphone position
Compare V4’s built-in microphone with V5’s separate wired microphone. Both use a rechargeable induction unit with a paired phone.
Jack: transmitter power
V1 uses removable 9V batteries; V3 is rechargeable. Both connect to a compatible 3.5 mm source. Check the phone or adapter’s audio and microphone support.
Stored audio: playback or calls
V2 provides microSD playback without a microphone or call function. V9 adds Bluetooth calls with a wired microphone. Both list a 16GB card limit.
