Prepare your request

  1. Read the Returns and Warranty policy for the conditions that apply.
  2. Find your order number in your confirmation email or My Account.
  3. Email [email protected] with the order number, product name and a brief description. Tell us whether the request concerns a return, damage or a product fault.
