What is Vip Pro Bluetooth Spy Earpieces?
A Vip Pro Bluetooth Spy Earpieces is an induction necklace that connects to a mobile phone via Bluetooth and transmits the sound to the spy earpiece by short-range electromagnetic induction.
It features a built-in microphone (or a wired microphone depending on the chosen model), multi-function button, and cable with a thickness of only 1mm.

Vip Pro Bluetooth collar works with all Vip Pro headsets.
In addition, the wired microphone version incorporates a highly sensitive microphone cable that can be hidden in the sleeve or neck underclothing. This microphone is highly recommended for whispering as it can be placed on the sleeve or hidden under clothing.

Instructions
Step 0 - Original CooMax Product
Verify that it is an original CooMax product by checking that the brand name on the cards included with the product is the same as the one in the image.
Step 1 - Introduction Battery
Unscrew the black cover of the spy earpiece and insert the battery with the positive side facing up (where the letters of brand and model of battery are is the positive side).
Then screw the cap back on, making sure that it is screwed on correctly.
The battery begins to drain as soon as it is inserted into the spy earpiece and should be removed if not in use to avoid discharging the battery.
The battery model required for the vip pro spy earpieces is 337-SR416SW.
Step 2 - Clean and Function Check
This untuned radio-like sound is normal for all Vip Pro spy earpieces. It is due to the constant amplification of the inductive waves emitted by the neckloop. This sound diminishes when a recording or call is played back and when the battery power is decreasing. Thanks to this technology, we have great autonomy and small headphones.
First clean the ear thoroughly with a cotton swab, ear cleaning spray or water and dry it well. Next, clean the holes in the earpiece with a fine needle and be very careful to remove the wax that clogs the earpiece and can cause you to not hear anything.
Hold the spy earpiece to your ear and check that you can hear a sound similar to a tuneless radio. This sound indicates that it is switched on and working properly.

Step 3 - Introducing the Spy Earpiece
Insert the spy earpiece in the left ear. You can also insert it in the right ear, but we usually hear more in the left ear than in the right ear. You can push the spy earpiece with your finger. It is not recommended to push it in too far, as it is not necessary to hide it.
Step 4 - Mobile Connection
Turn on the Vip Pro Bluetooth Induction Collar by pressing and holding the center button for at least 6 seconds, until the LED lights flash red/blue (if it does not turn on, charge with the included cable and charger for at least 1 hour). Then access the Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone and connect to a device called “GB-T01“.
Once you connect your mobile phone for the first time, it will be paired with the device and will connect automatically as long as Bluetooth is turned on in your mobile phone.
To turn off the induction collar, press and hold the button until the red light flashes twice.
Remember that it is essential that the induction collar is on your neck under your clothes so that the spy earpiece receives the sound by induction.
Step 5 - Functional Test
Play a song on your mobile/MP3 and, while it is playing, turn the volume up to maximum on your mobile. Check if you can hear it in the spy earpiece. Remember, the induction collar must be on the neck.

Step 6 - Multifunction Button, Microphone and Volume
You can use this kit for telephone calls or recordings. The integrated microphone is located at the top rear and in the wired microphone version as a very thin cable.
The central push button allows:
- 1 Click: Answer call or Pause/Play recordings.
The volume is controlled directly from the mobile phone.
⚠ Some features may not be available on some phones, especially iPhones. Try another mobile phone, app or control the call/recording directly from the mobile phone.
Step 7 - Spy Earpiece Removal, Battery and Turn Off
The battery life of the Inductor Vip Pro Bluetooth collar is approximately 4 hours.
To charge it, connect it to the mains with the charging cable included in the kit and a charger up to 5V and 1A. A red light will come on when plugged in. The estimated charging time is 1 hour. The device is fully charged when the red light changes to a blue light.
Remove the spy earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers. If you are unsuccessful, you can try pulling the transparent thread with a pair of tweezers.
Finally, remember to disconnect the battery when you finish using the spy earpiece to prevent it from discharging. As long as the battery is inside, it continues to be consumed.
Frequent Problems
Spy earpieces can be complex products to set up and operate. Check below for common problems and how to solve them.
1 - Calls cannot be heard, but songs or recordings can be heard.
If you can hear recordings or songs through the spy earpiece, but not phone calls, check:
- If you are using iPhone, while in a phone call, click on the speaker or bluetooth icon to activate the output via the bluetooth device.
- If you are using another mobile phone, check also Bluetooth audio output is activated while you are in a call. It is usually a Bluetooth or speaker icon.
- Check the settings when making the phone call.
⚠ If it doesn’t work, try another mobile phone.
2 - Does not work

- Check that the battery is charged. If it has been left in the spy earpiece for a long period, it will be flat and a new battery should be used. The battery discharges even when not in use.

- Screw the cap back on, making sure that it is screwed on correctly.
If you hear a sound similar to a tuned radio when you put the spy earpiece in your ear with the battery inserted, the spy earpiece is working and the problem is different.
Place the neckloop around your neck and the spy earpiece in your ear and make sure it is properly connected to your mobile phone (check first problem on frequent problems), then play a song at maximum volume and remove the mute mode on your mobile phone. If is not working, try restarting the phone.
If you still can’t hear the song, check again by putting the earpiece against the neckloop and try another mobile phone, computer or tablet. Also, try with a different battery.

3 - I hear nothing or very low
This is one of the most common problems with spy earpieces. There are several possible reasons why you hear little or nothing. We will carry out a series of tests:

- Check that the battery is charged. If it has been left in the spy earpiece for a long period, it will be flat and a new battery should be used. The battery discharges even when not in use.

- Screw the cap back on, making sure that it is screwed on correctly.
If you hear a sound similar to a tuned radio when you put the spy earpiece in your ear with the battery inserted, the spy earpiece is working and the problem is different.

4 - Spy Earpiece Emits a Loud Sound
The untuned radio-like sound is normal for all Vip Pro spy earpieces. It is due to the constant amplification of the inductive waves emitted by the neckloop.
If the sound is very loud, and you can hear it even when it is not in the ear, follow the steps below:
If the sound is very loud and can be heard even with the earpiece out of the ear, unscrew the cap and check that the battery is oriented with the positive + pole upwards and that the cap is screwed on correctly and aligned. If the problem persists, open the spy earpiece and gently spread the spring inside the earpiece with your fingernail. In this way, it will be deformed, and the contact will be made correctly. It may be necessary to make this adjustment occasionally or on the first use.
5 - Button does not work or does not work as it should
Some features may not be available on some phones, especially iPhones Try another mobile phone, app or control the call/recording directly from the mobile phone.
The central push button allows:
- 1 Click: Answer call or Pause/Play recordings.
6 - Microphone does not work
If the problem occurs with the integrated or wired microphone, check:
- The phone has been rebooted.
- In the official Voice Recorder or Voice Memos application on the mobile phone, the microphone does pick up sound.
- In a phone call, the microphone does pick up sound.
- Check the configuration of the Bluetooth device in the mobile phone.
- Try another mobile phone or tablet.
7 - I can't remove the spy earpiece
Remove the spy earpiece by pulling the transparent thread with your fingers. If unsuccessful, you can try pulling the transparent thread with tweezers. It is advisable to have someone else remove it for us as they will be able to see the thread better to pull it out with the tweezers.
Finally, remember to disconnect the battery when you have finished using the device to prevent it from discharging.
8 - The spy earpiece is no longer working.
- Check that the battery is charged. If it has been left in the spy earpiece even if you are not using it, it will be flat and a new battery should be used.
- Check that earwax is not clogging the spy earpiece speaker. If it is, carefully clean it out using a needle or pin. It may be necessary to perform this step every few uses.
- If you hear a sound similar to a tuned radio when you put the spy earpiece in your ear with the battery inserted, the spy earpiece is working and the problem is different. Follow the steps in the frequent problems section (3 – I hear nothing or very low).
