337 and SR416SW batteries for Vip Pro earpieces
The smallest accessory can decide whether a kit is ready to use. Check the earpiece model before buying batteries, especially when you own more than one Vip Pro system.
Match the model before the battery name
The 337/SR416SW battery listing is for Vip Pro Mini, SuperMini and UltraMini earpieces. The same earpiece family can appear in Jack, Bluetooth and GSM kits. The bridge connection does not turn its replaceable battery into a rechargeable one.
The Vip Pro MegaMini Bluetooth uses a rechargeable LIR640 battery and a dedicated charging case in its listed kit. CooMax has a separate MegaMini Bluetooth battery listing. Keep those two battery systems separate when ordering spares.
Separate earpiece power from bridge power
A Bluetooth Piece or GSM unit has its own charging requirements. Charging that unit does not replenish a 337/SR416SW battery inside a Mini, SuperMini or UltraMini earpiece. When troubleshooting low sound, check both parts of the system.
For example, the SuperMini Jack neckloop needs no charging. The earpiece still needs its specified battery. A Bluetooth kit adds another power check because the Bluetooth bridge must also have charge.
Build a simple preparation routine
- Read the model name on your order and open its guide.
- Check the battery type against the accessory listing.
- Follow the guide for installation and orientation.
- Test a short audio sample before the equipment is needed.
- Keep spare batteries in their protective packaging and follow the supplied safety information.
The Vip Pro guidance says to remove a replaceable earpiece battery when the earpiece is not in use, as leaving it installed can discharge it. Do this using the procedure in the model guide. Avoid estimating remaining charge from how recently the Bluetooth bridge was charged.
Order for the equipment you own
If the model name is unclear, send our team the original order details and a photograph of the equipment. Do not assume that two batteries are interchangeable because they look similarly small.
