The Nano V8 Bluetooth Kit routes calls and playback from a compatible paired phone through an induction unit. Its integrated microphone supports outgoing call audio.
Bluetooth through a circular induction unit
Choose the circular arrangement
Choose V8 for Bluetooth calls and playback using the circular induction layout shown in the model instructions.
Phone-to-unit Bluetooth connection
The integrated microphone stays with the induction unit. Bluetooth links the source to that unit; the Nano earpieces receive sound through induction and do not pair directly with the phone.
Select the receiver package
Select Nano alone, or Nano plus SuperMini, SuperMini Beige or UltraMini. A Nano + Vip Pro selection adds a separate Vip Pro receiver to the Nano package. The current Vip Pro receiver uses a 337 / SR416SW cell; the magnetic Nano earpieces themselves need no charging.
Power the transmitter and prepare the source
The induction unit has a rechargeable battery. Charging the unit powers the audio transmitter; it does not charge a battery inside the magnetic Nano earpieces. Its listed runtime is up to 3 hours, depending on volume and use.
