Compare earpiece connections
Compare the source connection, microphone and power together. Nano and Vip Pro are receiver families; the transmitter determines how an induction kit gets its audio.
The 10 Nano kit arrangements
Every magnetic Nano receiver needs a matching powered induction unit. The Nano receivers themselves need no battery or charging.
V1 offers Nano or Nano Pro neckloops. Other kits offer Nano alone or Nano with an additional Vip Pro receiver. That additional Vip Pro receiver uses 337 / SR416SW cells.
Bluetooth from a phone
Pair the phone with the induction unit. The microphone position is the main decision between these arrangements.
Nano V4
Built-in microphone; rechargeable unit.
Nano V5
Wired microphone you can position separately; rechargeable unit.
Nano V8
Built-in microphone; circular induction layout; rechargeable unit.
Nano V9

Nano V1
Integrated microphone. Nano neckloop: two 9V batteries; Nano Pro: one. Batteries not included.
Nano V3

SIM calls in the transmitter
An active compatible nano-SIM, voice service and supported network are required. Confirm the exact model and operator for UK or US use.
Nano V6
Wired microphone; rechargeable unit; SIM calls without local microSD playback.
Nano V7
Built-in microphone; rechargeable unit; SIM calls without local microSD playback.
Nano SIM and Bluetooth
Built-in microphone; rechargeable unit; SIM calling or audio from a paired Bluetooth phone.

Nano V2 and V9 include an 8GB card and list a 16GB limit. Follow the MP3/file preparation in the exact model guide.
Nano V2
Rechargeable unit for stored audio. No microphone or phone-call function.

Check the option before adding it to your basket
Receiver, microphone and battery choices can change a package. Select the required options on the product page and review the displayed price and contents.
A complete kit or a transmitter?
“Without” means the selected receiver is not supplied. Use that option when you already own a compatible receiver; check the actual listed transmitter and contents.
Two parts can need different power
Nano receivers need no battery, but their transmitter needs power. Current Vip Pro Mini, SuperMini and UltraMini receivers use 337 / SR416SW cells. MegaMini uses rechargeable LIR640.
UK and US device compatibility
For Jack, check the phone and adapter. For Bluetooth, check pairing and audio routing. For SIM, confirm the exact model’s bands, SIM voice service and operator support.
